Accounts Assistant (Permanent)
FINTEC recruit is seeking an Accounts Assistant based in Doncaster. This is a permanent position with salary £17,000 to £18,000, working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase ledger and Credit Control
- Dealing with telephone queries
- Reconciling payments and Processing supplier invoices
- Keeping all ledgers clean and tidy
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- General accounting tasks and Administration tasks
Skills and Experience required for the Accounts Assistant:
- Approximately 2 years + experience within a similar role
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to achieve deadlines
- Experience with Sage (beneficial)
- Use of Microsoft Office suite Excel, Word, Outlook
