Job Title - Project and Commercial Assistant
Location - Manchester
Rate - £11.63 per hour
Recruiting for a Project and Commercial Assistant to work for one of our Rail Rolling Stock clients working on a contract basis in Manchester.
The role is required to support the project team covering all aspects of the project. It is a customer facing position and the role is split between project delivery aspects and collation of sales for commercial aspects, as well as generating reports and KPI development.
Responsibilities
Assist with the monitoring and management customer account and invoicing.
Interfaces with the customer on new and arising commercial issues.
Provide monthly KPI statistics and reports.
Update price uplifts annually.
Monitor service orders and sales orders to ensure customers are correctly and fully invoiced.
Manage project office and be the interface to the other office stakeholders
Knowledge & Experience
Knowledge of and previous experience of working within a project
Knowledge of and previous experience of commercial aspects of projects
Good communication, verbal and written, report writing and organisational skills
IT skills - competent user of Personal Computer, including MS office packages, e-mail and internet
The requirements for the job are that the person is autonomous and can work under their own initiative.
