Administration Team Leader
Location: Morley
Salary: circa £20,000 DOE

Are you a committed, driven and energetic Administration Team Leader?

Do you have experience of working in a fast paced and demanding office environment whilst leading a team of Administration Support staff?

We have a fantastic opportunity available for you to work for our client an integrated security solutions provider based in Morley on a permanent basis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

* You will be managing the smooth running of an administration function
* Overall responsibility of the supervision of the Administration Support Staff team
* You will manage the service desk including, parts and repairs
* Monitor Customer KPIs
* Management of Administrative Support to Engineering Team Leader/Supervisor or General Manager
* Attendance when required at service team meetings
* You will attend regular meetings with Administration Manager
* Overall management of general administrative office duties
* You will manage various third-party providers for Leeds location i.e. cleaners, photocopy companies
* Organisation of travel / accommodation
* Seek and deliver continuous improvement with solution lead thinking in relation to all aspects of administrative function

Key Skills:

* PC Literate - Competent in Microsoft Office Packages
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Experience of being in a Senior position with ability to prioritise workloads and multitask
* Experience of working in a demanding real-time environment
* Commitment, Drive and Energy
* Self-Motivated Team Player
* Flexible with the ability to work on own initiative
* Ability to delegate tasks appropriately to ensure completion in line with agreed KPI's
* Ability to lead by example with a can-do/proactive attitude with professionalism being paramount at all time
* Ability to motivate staff to provide best in class customer service
