Are you a department head looking for a new challenge? Able to implement strategies? The ability to manage the day to day client delivery teams?
A fantastic membership organisation in Central London is seeking maternity cover for up to a year. You will be expected to liaise with other head of departments, implement changes and make impact when working with stakeholders.
Required: Senior Level Management
Oversee the Personal Development Operations
Leadership of the PD KPI setting, management and reporting process
Contribute to the PD strategic change programme.
Salary- £55-60K with pension, bonus, child care vouchers and 27 days holiday.
