Legal Cashier (Permanent)
I am delighted to be working with a well-established and reputable firm who are expanding massively and looking to recruit an additional Legal Cashier to their accounts team. This role is to be based in Newton-Le-Willows and part-time hours are an option!
You will be joining a friendly and supportive accounts team and they are looking for somebody who has good experience of Legal accounts duties within a Law Firm.
This includes being competent on all aspects of Legal Cashier work along with the Solicitors Accounts Rules. Knowledge on Proclaim is advantageous but not essential.
You will be hold various responsibilities including:
* Month end/year end reports
* Purchase ledger, invoicing, banking, cheque raising
* Bills, Cheques, Credit Control
* BACS payments, CHAPS, TT Payments, bank reconciliations, post receipts
* Client to office ledgers. Processing bills
