Plant Manager - Tier 1 Automotive Company - Grow to Top Management!

Our client is a Tier 1 automotive company operating on an international level and considered as the top supplier to brands like Daimler, BMW, VW, Ford, Škoda, etc. They are looking for Plant Manager to join their team!

You will get to work with the leaders in the automotive industry and have the chance to see the results of your work by being part of the management, this means being involved in the decision-making concerning production but also lean management, technical departments, and communication with customers, change management or financial strategy. You will be responsible for whole plant with more than 600 employees. This role will allow you to utilize your skills and experience and move forwards alongside the company.

What you need to have:
* Technical educational background + financial background
* Practical experience in a similar role in the Automotive industry;
* Experience leading over 300 employees;
* Fluent and English and German
* Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
