Associate Solicitor- Health Litigation (Permanent)

I am currently working with a global Legal 500 firm, that are looking to recruit for a vastly experienced Associate Solicitor to join their growing Health Litigation Department at their Liverpool office.

The main duties for this role include but are not limited to: Running a fully litigated caseload of Clinical Negligence claims working within the Medical Protection Society team. You will also be responsible for, drafting reports to Medical Protection, interviewing witnesses, instructing counsel, negotiate settlements and liaising with co-defendants.

The ideal candidate will have a great amount of experience within Clinical Negligence, preferably from the Defendant perspective. You will also have strong litigation skills and be able to demonstrate previous experience of managing cases through the full litigation process, have the ability to work as part of a growing team and independently and have excellent communication skills.

The salary for this role is competitive and dependant on the experience of the candidate. This is a full time position but the option of flexible working is a possibility depending on the candidate.
