Morson have an immediately available role for a Customer Service Assistant. Working with a leading client based in Stepps on a long term ongoing contract within a large modern office facility.
Duties will include:
Answering calls and assisting a variety of callers with their queries this role will require excellent communication skills and ability to prioritise queries. Inbound calls mainly.
General administration support duties including updating in-house databases. It would be desirable to have a good working knowledge of MS office / Word /Excel as well.
These roles would suit those coming from a Customer Service / Call Centre and or Administration background. Training and support will be provided.
