POSITION SUMMARY
Purpose
The incumbent is accountable for the effective operational facilities management of the Crewe office to include measurement and management of vendors, budget forecasting and cost management, EH&S management, delivery of PPM and reactive repairs, delivery of FM projects (Office fit outs, office moves, M&E works) to the Crewe office
Nature and Scope
The incumbent leads a team based in the Crewe office to deliver all aspects of operational facilities management. The incumbent will work closely with the UK VP who is based at Crewe to ensure that the services provided meet expectations and new ideas are captured and worked through.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
1) 10+ years Facilities Management experience
2) 10+ years FM project management experience (project values up to £1MM)
3) 10+ years People management experience
4) EH&S qualification (NEBOSH / IOSH)
5) Full BIFM membership
6) Excellent communication and influencing skills
