A Children's Charity is looking for a Care Worker to join one of their Residential Homes in Norfolk on a permanent basis. The Organisation has a long and successful history of providing integrated programmes of care, education and treatment for traumatised children and young people with complex emotional and psychological needs.
The role entails safeguarding and promoting the welfare and wellbeing of children and young people to develop to their full potential.
The Charity encourages and facilitates learning and development by offering opportunities to undertake further psychotherapeutic and management training, leading to a range of academic and professional qualifications.
To be considered you must have:
* Experience in working with children within a residential setting
* Have own car access
* Be willing to work evenings and weekends (with sleep in duties)
