A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager to join a successful organisation at an exciting time of change ans growth.

Benefits:

  • £24,000 OTE £40,000 UNCAPPED

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of consultants
  • Developing the income generated by the portfolio by selling services to members including membership fees and accounting services and products
  • Developing and maximising relationships and become main point of contact between the member
  • Ensure all members are contacted on a regular basis and reviews carried out.
  • Recruit new members from leads provided.
  • Using and updating the in-house CRM database software to ensure company and contact information is accurate and up to date as well as report on progress of potential prospects throughout sales process.
  • Main contact via telephone, but field sales visits and face to face meetings

What you'll need?

  • Must have experience in an Account Management or Sales role
  • Demonstrable experience of significantly developing the value of a portfolio of clients via cross/up-selling
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience working towards and exceeding targets
  • Have the ability to present infront of people
  • Great communicater and relationship builder
  • You must be able to evidence success in maintaining and building profitable relationships
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • The ability to regularly update and maintain a high volume of work
  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of productivity, whilst working to tight deadlines
