My client is an Award Winning Housing Association who is seeking customer focussed Neighbourhood Officer to join their dynamic team in Conwy. This is a brilliant opportunity for a candidate with experience working in the housing sector, if this sounds of interest, please get in touch!
Temporary position - full time (35 hours per week Monday to Friday)
£14.40 per hour

The role involves:
- Providing an efficient housing service to residents and coordinating the day-to-day services
- Complying with health and safety issues and ensuring schemes are maintained
- Managing Anti-social behaviour and other housing management issues
- To undertake tenancy checks and visits
- Manage ancilliary staff to ensure a high level of service at all times
- Ensure tenants allow access for annual gas tests and urgent inspections
- Ensure accurate and comprenhensive records are maintained on all areas of activity
- Work effectively with a wide range of external agencies and organisations
- Provide a customer focussed approach at all times with customers and those who contact the Association
For this position, candidates must have the following:
- Experience working in the housing sector or in a similar role
- Knowledge of Housing legislation and issues relevant to Housing Associations
- Ability to solve and deal with sensitive situations in a professional manner
- Experience working in a customer focussed environment
- Full driving license and a car for work usage
- Be comfortable with everyday Welsh conversations/discussions (Level 3 standard)
- DBS is essential
