Clayton Nursing is currently representing a 22 bedded Dementia Unit based in Preston.
Our client is a medium sized care home provider with a leading reputation in the care industry and is currently seeking RGN/RMNS to work full time days 8am-8pm.
You will benefit from a generous salary and an excellent bonus package.
As the newly appointed nurse you will ensure the home meets the standards required by the CQC and other regulatory bodies.
This role isn't for the faint hearted and you will be highly skilled in all aspects of delivering 1st class dementia care to the home's residents. You will ensure that their needs are met to a high standard through the use of individual care plans / risk assessments.
As the newly appointed Staff Nurse you will be either RGN/RMN pin qualified and have experience within a nursing/dementia home environment. You will have a genuine interest in working with various Mental Health Conditions including Substance Misuse, addiction, and challenging behaviour.
