  • Salary £25,000 + comission
  • 09:00 AM - 17:00 PM Mon - Fri
  • 20 days holiday + BH
  • Accessible location in the heart of Birmingham Centre

Main role: You will be responsible for in increasing the number of leads/appointments/quotations within the company and make a measurable sales contribution towards the overall growth and profitability. You will speak to customers in order to secure appointments for the sales team.

Responsabilties

  • Calling prospect procurement managers to sell services
  • Qualify potential contacts interest
  • Booking appointments and arranging face to face meetings with between contacts and the sales team
  • Building own pipeline of future sales opportunities through maintaining regular contact with contacts who are not ready to proceed to the next stage
  • Management of sales database and sales team member diaries
  • Achieving various KPIs in line with the company standards
  • Other ad hoc duties as and when required

What you'll need?

  • Proven experience as telesales, appointment making or sales roles
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Knowledge of sales methodology
  • Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
  • Detail oriented
