Due to continued success, our Smart Repair Centre on Marsh Barton in Exeter require an additional Smart Repair Operative to complement the existing function. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a small but professional team.

Could this be the role for me?

We are looking for capable Smart Repair Operatives from an automotive Body Shop or Smart environment, via an independent or franchised garage, who can prepare and polish out damaged areas, mask up vehicles in readiness for painting, carry out minor repairs to body panels and alloy wheels and also polish over vehicles following them being painted amongst other ad hoc duties. Ideally, you will possess:

• An automotive qualification such an NVQ or C&G (advantageous)  
• A full driving licence
• Articulacy with a high level of attention to detail (pre-requisite) 
• Integrity and diligence
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Resilient work ethic and commitment
