Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new opportunity to start in the New Year? Do you want to join a fast growing and friendly company, based in the Kembrey Park area? As a result of rapid growth, my client is looking to ad an administrator to their team. You will essentially be supporting two managers, however you will also support the wider team when needed. There will be a variety of tasks and responsibilities for you to mange at any one time, so you will need to have great organisational skills.

Benefits on offer for this job are;
*Rewarding salary of £20,000- £23,000 per annum
*Working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with 30 mins for lunch. Some flexibility could be given for am earlier start and finish time, but full time hours are a must

The job role;
*Creating listings and uploading them to the website
*Liaising with clients and suppliers to ensure all information you are managing is accurate
*Review customer reviews and feedback
*Data entry of stock items
*Continuous checking of listings to ensure prices are competitive
*Using initiative to seek more efficient ways of working
*Administration to support two managers
*Manage petty cash
*Book travel/events/hotels as required
*Prepare boardroom for meetings, arranging any equipment, refreshments and presentations as required

Skills and experience required;
*You will be required to have at least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally within a role where you have managed stock listings for company sites
*High level of organisation and attention to detail
*Flexible approach to work
*Ability to learn quickly and have a"get the job done" attitude
*Must be competent with Word and Excel to an advanced level
*Fast and accurate data entry speeds
*Excellent written and oral communication
*Self starter with the ability to motivate
