Regional Manager - Contaminated Land & Remediation (Permanent)
Role: Regional Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Car + Bonus (approx 15%) + Benefits
Location: South West Birmingham
The Role: Contaminated Land, Remediation, Team Management, Client Facing, Project Financial Management
I am currently looking for a Regional Manager for my client, a leading Environmental Consultancy group specialising in Contaminated Land and Remediation. You will be working with a high performance team that emphasises a culture of teamwork and employee wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all financial matters in the region
- Drive growth of the region
- Build project teams within the region to ensure project delivery and support teams in the effective delivery of projects;
- Lead recruitment campaigns
- Maintain and enhance strong internal and external relationships
- Provide effective leadership and promote positive culture leading to a strong and unified team
