Responsibilities
- Review and advise on customer general insurance requirements
- Identify cross selling opportunities to new and existing customers
- Monitor sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers and staff
- Deal with insurance claims within your authority
- Implement customer money collection and processing procedures
- Maintain efficient record keeping
- Perform additional duties as requested
Skills/Attributes:
- Effective communication in welsh and english
- Excellent sales and customer service skills
- Problem solver using own initiative
- Basic Insurance knowledge
