Responsibilities

• Review and advise on customer general insurance requirements
• Identify cross selling opportunities to new and existing customers
• Monitor sales and marketing initiatives
• Develop and sustain effective working relationships with customers and staff
• Deal with insurance claims within your authority
• Implement customer money collection and processing procedures
• Maintain efficient record keeping
• Perform additional duties as requested

Skills/Attributes:

• Effective communication in welsh and english
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Problem solver using own initiative
• Basic Insurance knowledge
