NonStop's client is seeking a Clinical Lead to join their Community Health Mental service as part of the NHS in Berkshire.

Responsibilities:
- Providing clinical advice, training and supervision to a group of staff
- Direct and support the team's allocation of new patients including risk assessment and the formulation and recommendation for ongoing care
- Implementation of clinical governance and risk management
- Management/monitoring of bed occupancy for the locality
Experience needed:
- Must have Management/Supervisory Experience
- Registered Mental Nurse / Registered General Nurse OR a Social Worker Assistant Team Manager
