Office Manager, Contract, Burghfield

Main Purpose:
The role exists in order to develop and implement office management and security arrangements across all aspects of site activities in support of the overall project lifecycle.
The office manager is responsible for ensuring that activities are undertaken to supervise administration activities for the MENSA project and the reporting of such information.
The office manager will also undertake specific activities on behalf of the project team as required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Role description / Responsibilities
* Lead the admin team, Produce reports, produce process Maps and communicate, update organogram, update trackers, ensure all information is communicated to project team, communications officer reporting to the Principal contractor, team diary management, part of cultural team dedicated to improve the working environment, encouraging team members to perform professionally, positively and provide a high standard of service at all times.
* Security Liaison officer role, responsible for Physical office security, preservation of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Producing Security operating procedures ensuring training completion and raising awareness of security to the project team, security checks, monthly reporting, circulating information throughout the month, raising documentation, submitting visits and new hires all security requirements, attending monthly principal contractor SLO meeting and quarterly client SLO meeting and ensure all updates are communicated.

Specifically in the interest of Safety:
* Be fully conversant with the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and understand the responsibilities placed upon them.
* Ensure that employees under their control know and understand the Company's Health, Safety and Environmental Policies.
* Operate within agreed systems/procedures applicable to the work of the site or facility. Full and appropriate, use of the services of Health and Safety personnel should be made to assist and advise in undertaking their duties.
* Ensure that all procedures and instructions, relevant to the activities being undertaken as detailed by the Company are known and complied with.

* Qualification in at least Level 2 in Business and Administration Practice

* IT literate
* Hold SC clearance due to the nature of the position
* Preferably IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
* CSCS Card in appropriate discipline is required
