Peripatetic Nurse RGN/RMN (Permanent)

Clayton Nursing are currently recruiting for one of the UK's leading health care providers. We are seeking an RGN Nurse to work as a Peripatetic Nurse in the Poulton Area.

You will be working between four of our client's services to provide support to the Nursing teams.

Our client's homes are all very reputable within the area and they provide a very high standard of care to elderly residents and support those with physical disabilities, dementia and mental health conditions.

This is a full-time position paying a very competitive rate of up to £20.00 per hour.

To be considered for this role you will be RGN qualified with a current and active NMC Pin.

As the role requires the RGN Nurse to travel across different services, you will need to possess a Driving licence and access to your own transport. Previous experience of working within a Nursing Home is essential together with a strong and clear understanding of working within CQC guidelines.

As the newly appointed peripatetic nurse you will develop tailored care plans, provide medicine safely and deliver excellence across everything you do. You will also support, mentor and develop a care team.
