Our client is one of the leading quality care providers in the UK, currently operating 16 care homes incorporating around 600 beds. They pride themselves on having years of experience providing the highest quality of care. They are now opening a brand-new home providing residential and therapeutic care for children in the Preston area and are on the hunt for a Children's Home Manager to open a 4 bedded home.
The home has been built and all legislation has been completed, statement of purpose has been written, my client is now relying on a Registered Manager to come in, register with Ofsted and recruit their own staff team/gain referrals!
You would be working for a market leading salary of up to £50,000 (dependent upon experience) along with working for a company that care immensely about not only the children, but the staff in their home.
