The Role:

They're looking for a talented and enthusiastic product owner to join the team. They will be responsible for the building and enhancement of the company's innovative platform 'myGP® Connect', creating a user friendly, intuitive platform that enables healthcare providers to deliver the best possible care to their patients.

They've experienced significant growth over the last few years and are on an exciting trajectory to continue this growth. Their platform is at the heart of what they do, and they're looking for someone who has a real passion for delivering quality solutions that transform healthcare. This role will be pivotal in defining and building the platform, keeping their services at the forefront of digital first primary care.

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Translating the product manager's strategy into detailed user stories, requirements and acceptance criteria
• Focused on development, testing and deployment cycle
• Conveying product/feature vision and value to the scrum team by being the voice of stakeholder/client
• Defining, tracking and reporting on product KPIs
• Prioritising development work and refining the product backlog in line with overall company strategy and business objectives
• Taking part in daily stand ups, rituals and contributing to team retrospectives
• Working closely with the development and testing team to prioritising bug fixes
• Conducting internal stakeholder demos
• Communicating stakeholder vision to UX and UI design
• Supporting other departments, including training and support with information and query resolution as needed
• Producing internal product release documentation as part of the product deployment process
• Co-ordinating and communicating across various internal departments as part of the product lifecycle

What they're looking for:

Essential skills:

• Previous experience as a Digital Product Owner
• Analytical approach and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent Presentation and communication skills
• Attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

• JIRA and Confluence experience
• Experience of working in an Agile environment
• Knowledge and/or experience within the Health Tech industry
