In more than 140 countries, we offer spare parts, technical information and training, as well as diagnostic hardware and software and services for analysis, upkeep and repair of vehicles.

Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit an experienced Lead Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Nottingham.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Joining our team as a Lead Recruitment Consultant, you will work with Operations Manager(s) and Stakeholders to manage vacancies and the sourcing of appropriate candidates to meet ongoing recruitment requirements. On a daily basis, this will involve:

  • Line management responsibility for recruitment staff to identify and assess future training needs and CPD through job analysis and performance appraisals against KPI’s
  • Marketing – manage the Contact of Dealers and the development of relationships across relevant Programmes in order to generate vacancies
  • Liaising with Connexions, Careers Services, the Apprentice Vacancy Matching Service (AVMS), Schools and Colleges in order to generate applicants and gather their details. There may also be a requirement to attend national careers events
  • Recruitment - manage the sourcing, matching, assessing and telephone interviewing of candidates in order to facilitate interviews to fill live vacancies
  • Maintain data and information relating to all vacancies using the Maytas system including information which provides a timeline for progress for each live vacancy
  • Assist and support with general administration and office duties if required

Lead Recruitment Consultant Education & Experience

  • A good level of education including English and Maths to a minimum of grade C at GCSE
  • Must be computer literate with a good working knowledge of MS applications
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) including a confident telephone manner are essential
  • Must be able to prioritise own workload and meet target deadlines
  • Direct experience of apprentice recruitment activity and candidate sourcing using a wide variety of methods including conventional advertising, social media based activity and web based solutions is also desirable
