Legal Cashier (Permanent)
A young, specialist Law Firm based on the outskirts of Liverpool City Centre are recruiting a Legal Cashier to their team.
During this expansion period, they require somebody to manage all accounts within the firm with a view to ultimately expanding the accounts department.
You will be joining a small and friendly team responsible for all thing's legal cashier. They are looking for somebody who has good experience of Legal cashier duties within a Law Firm and are paying between 20-25K depending on experience.
You must have experience as a Legal Cashier in a Law Firm and knowledge on all aspects of Legal Cashier work along with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
You will be hold various responsibilities including:
* Month end/year end reports
* Purchase ledger, invoicing, banking, cheque raising
* Bills, Cheques, Credit Control, postings
* BACS payments, CHAPS, TT Payments, bank reconciliations, post receipts
* Client to office ledgers. Processing bills
