I am currently working with a Regional House Builder who are looking to recruit a Freelance Site Manager in Lincoln. Working out of their Midlands regional office, you will be the number 1 Site Manager on a large scale development with an Assistant Site Manager working along side you.
Responsibilities
- Management of Subcontractors
- Health & Safety
- Inductions
- Management of Programme
- Site Walk-around
- Liaising with the LABC
Experience Required
- Management of medium to large scale sites
- Experience working with the NHBC or LABC
- Proven experience managing large teams
You must have
- SMSTS
- First Aid
- CSCS
- Valid UK Driving License.
