We have an exciting new role as a Senior Marketing Manager working as part of the Ledger Bennett digital marketing team based on site with one of our key Clients in Dublin.
This role will work on Talent Solutions, as well as managing agencies, influencing partners and stakeholders at all levels, and developing + socializing + executing strategies across multiple business units. Working closely with our marketing and agency partners you will have the scope to shape our end-to-end approach to SEO and content marketing and drive significant growth.
Key Senior Marketing Manager Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the Centre of Excellence on Content Marketing and SEO
- You will work cross-functionally and cross organizationally to ensure content is created with SEO best practices
- Analyse best practices and processes to inform content focus and development
- Partner, align and influence Product Marketing and Product Management on content marketing and SEO strategies
- Develop a comprehensive and disciplined approach to reporting for SEO and Content Marketing that demonstrates the effectiveness of our efforts relative to our competition.
- Work with outside vendors, agencies, contractors, and internal experts as necessary to bolster the capacity and skills required for world class SEO performance
- Facilitate SEO and Content Marketing training sessions to ensure marketing, technical, and product marketing teams remain current on the latest SEO Best Practices
- Drive the SEO 360 roadmap for Consumer Marketing that would include off and on-page optimization efforts
- Partner with content production counterparts (Comms, Editorial) to ensure content is published in a SEO friendly manner
The ideal Senior Marketing Manager:
As our candidate, we are looking for someone who has the ability to influence change within an organization and is comfortable communicating to all levels including executives.
You must possess the following:
- Enterprise level SEO expertise working with large global websites and thousands/millions of keywords, experience in the Jobs and Freelancer space a plus
- Experience in developing a COE for SEO and Content Marketing
- Expertise in informing content development and distribution
- Experience in deep dive keyword analysis and developing link building and related content distribution strategies
- B.S. or B.A. Degree in Marketing or related field
- Extensive experience within SEO and content marketing with excellent knowledge of SEO analytics platforms
- German or French speaking skills is desired but not essential
