Due to continued growth we are recruiting for an experienced Counter Sales Assistant to join the team at their facility in Newport, South Wales.
Role overview:
The Counter Sales Assistant will support the Sales Manager and be the first point of contact for customer enquiries.
Duties and responsibilities:
* Assisting with quotes
* Sales Invoicing
* Purchasing
* Goods in
* Raising paperwork for despatch
* Stock movement
* Price lists
* Customer Service
* Report writing
* Arranging collection and despatch of goods
Qualifications, experience and attributes:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Good IT skills
* Professional telephone manner
* Good standard of education
* Customer Service experience
* Have a good work ethic
* Be driven and proactive
The location is not on a public transport route therefore own transport is essential.
