Our client has an exciting opportunity for a number of experienced arrears executives to join their busy team in their modern offices on Chester Business Park.
The role is to maximise arrears collections on behalf of their clients through inbound and outbound calls, agreeing and arranging repayment plans, assessing affordability and discussing missed payment consequences. Dealing with customer enquiries in line with client SLA's and KPI's while displaying a high level of customer service with both internal and external parties in line with legal / statutory requirements (FSA MCOB rules) is a critical part of this role
The ability to have difficult conversations is essential, so a resilient nature and the ability to deal with pressured situations and have a high attention to detail are must-haves for this role. Building effective relationships, being articulate and professional and experience working in a contact centre and / or fast paced environment would be traits the successful candidate would possess.
Working patterns are Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm, 9am-5.30pm, 12pm-8pm with one Saturday in four 9am-3pm. Free parking on site for some shifts is available. Alternative parking available nearby.
