Human Resources Manager (Permanent)
I am working with a client just outside of the City Centre, who are looking for a HR Manager to join in a standalone role. You will be the sole point of contact across 2 sites, and have a similar background so you can step straight into this busy opportunity.

- Salary up to £27,000 with a yearly bonus of £1500, paid quarterly

Your new day to day role will involve;
- Lead on and provide advice on all HR matters to internal staff
- Manage complex ER issues such as absence management, reorganisation, grievances etc
- Manage the end to end recruitment process across 2 branches
- Implement changes when necessary to mitigate risks and liaise with auditors in regards to the HR department
- Promote a positive working environment
This is an exciting opportunity, where you will bring with you at least 2 years HR experience, CIPD Level 5 and experience in facilitating change and improvement projects.
