Key Tasks:
* Answering all incoming support calls and emails from clients
* Dealing with queries and logging calls on an internal system
* Liaising with the other teams regarding any queries or problems
* Escalating any queries to the 2nd line support as and when needed
* Supporting the Management Team with improving business processes and client liaison
* General Administration - filing, faxing
* Typing of reports
* Ordering and maintaining stationery stock
* General housekeeping within the office
* Database maintenance

* Good interpersonal skills and communication, both written and oral
* A common sense approach
* Able to work on own initiative
* Excellent attention to detail
* Polite telephone manner
* Able to keep up in a fast paced environment
* Ability to prioritise and good time management skills
* Excellent computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

* Proactive

Experience of working in recruitment would be preferred but essential.
