Trainee Recruitment Consultant - international career (Permanent)

As a recruitment consultant you will be in charge of developing great relationships with clients (employers) in your specific industry area and then help them fill their job vacancies with people from your network of candidates (job seekers).

This is a sales-related job, where apart from the basic salary of £20.000 you will be also earning commission for every candidate that you place with a client. And by the end of your first year you can be earning more than £40.000! A couple of years into their job, it is not uncommon for our colleagues to earn around £100.000, some of them earn up to £140.000! Our highest performers are rewarded even further with supercars and six figure bonuses, once hitting specific targets.

Besides the great earning potential, we also offer the chance of an accelerated career path. On average, people are promoted from trainees to consultants within 2 months and to team leaders within 2 years. You can work your way up from trainee to director of one of our offices, as it has happened before!

You do not need previous experience in recruitment, because we do provide our own in-house award-winning training programme to everyone who joins our company. All you need to be is ambitious and keen to work hard!
