We are currently recruiting for a customer service advisor to join a rapidly growing FMCG company with a fantastic globally recognised brand. This company are a market leader in their field! You will be the first port of call for customers, representing the brand and managing the customer journey!


This is opportunity to expand in the role as the company evolves but also to progress within different areas of the business


You will be working in a vibrant, open plan office in an office of just under 50. There are some fantastic benefits on offer, including team days out, paid lunches, sports massages and ice-cream van days!

Your Responsibilities:
* Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve satisfaction
* Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
* Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
* Go the extra mile to engage customers
* Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
* Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
* Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
* Place or cancel orders
* Chase late or lost parcels with carriers
* Manage all incoming calls through to Customer Service and also picking up calls for other departments
* General business support and administrative responsibilities
* Possible role extension to include outbound sales activity to existing customer network
* Prepare a weekly/monthly report of customer service activity
* Use and management of Zendesk and Magento.


Your Skills/ Experience
* Experience of working in a Customer Service role
* Polite, Confident, intelligent individual who cares about customer experience.
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to network effectively.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* The ability to solve problems and made decisions and offer solutions
* Hands on approach with the ability to keep pace with the business growth
* Team player with excellent inter-personal and organisation skills
* Strong IT skills and quick to learn new systems, with knowledge of the key social media platforms
* Desire to work closely with all departments in the company to gain a full understanding of the company
