Commercial Property Fee earner (Permanent)
My client are an established reputable Private practice, offering Legal services to clients across the UK. Due to one of the Partners retiring, they are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial property Fee earner to join their team.
The role will involve handling your own caseload of Commercial Property matters covering; Lease Renewals, new leases, re-finance, sales and purchases.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a high degree of technical knowledge within Commercial Property and have obtained recent experience within a Commercial Property Fee earning position. Additionally, you will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your caseload.
