Senior Product Designer (Permanent)

A Senior Product Designer is required for a boutique ecommerce Startup based in the heart of London. The Product Designer will join a team at a key stage of growth and from the get go, will be tasked with leading and growing the Design team as they continue to disrupt the market with their innovative and ground breaking Product.
The Product thus far has been so well received that they have even featured in the BBC amongst others!

The Senior Product Designer will be vastly experienced with UX/UI and alongside both the Product & Engineering team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the user testing process is efficient, creating wireframes, prototypes and UI interactions for both the web and mobile app as well as collaborating with wider Stakeholders effectively in a Lean/Agile environment.

The Senior Product Designer will have both mobile/web design experience and will be comfortable in a fast paced startup environment whilst contributing to the improvement the design culture. With a Mobile focused approach, you'll be familiar designing Products using Sketch or Invision and be comfortable discussing all Design decisions when liaising with senior members of the team.

The firm was founded 3 years ago and pride themselves on providing a challenging environment in a flat structure where title isn't as important as effective team collaboration. In return you'll be given the room to be truly creative and impact change from a Design perspective and making sure the Product continues to scale its early yet impressive heights!

Senior Product Designer Requirements:
*4-5 years Digital Design experience
*Agile/Scrum
*Mobile App Design
*Startup Experience
*Strong UX/UI
*Sketch, Framer, InVision or Figma
