Are you actively seeking a new Private Client Legal Secretary opportunity?

An exciting new position for an experienced Private Client Legal Secretary / Paralegal to join the Private Client department of a well-established firm in the Northampton area, the firm would consider progressing the right candidate from Secretary to Paralegal should the right individual come along.

Requirements:

The successful Private Client Legal Secretary / Paralegal will have at least 1 years' experience in Private Client and have knowledge of wills and LPA's under supervision and ideally live local, this will be an active busy role and the candidate will need to be proactive in nature.

Duties:

• Audio Typing via Digital Dictation
• Dealing with clients in person and by telephone
• Filing, photocopying and opening and closing of client files
• Co-ordinating and maintaining diaries and appointments
• Act as a witness to the signing of Wills in the office and off site, where necessary
• Working as a member of a secretarial team
• General office administration duties as required
• Drafting LPA's under supervision
