NonStop is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in order to recruit for a permanent Senior Supervising Social Worker for their service in Birmingham. They offer up to £44,000 per annum plus £3,500 car allowance, meaning you will be rewarded well for your work.
They are a well established IFA with a Good Ofsted rating, meaning you will be part of a good working environment.
The role is office based, however they can offer some flexibility with the working hours. The Supervising Social Worker will hold a small caseload in and around the Birmingham area.The role involves on being part of the Out of Hours on call system - this is done by a rota and workers get an additional fee for being on OOH. It works out being on call approximately 2/3 nights per month.
Please apply if you are a Supervising Social Worker or a Senior Supervising Social Worker with experience in overseeing foster carers. Experience within an IFA is ideal, however the Registered Manager will also consider candidates with a local authority background.
