Senior Social Worker - Systemic Practice Model
Our client is a Local Authority based in the South West London, looking for a Qualified Social Worker (QSW) to join on a permanent basis. They are offering a salary up to £42,700, which is the market rate for social in the area. This local authority is working with new projects and ways of working which are very exciting. This includes introducing systemic practice; being part of the innovation programme and introducing the Family Safeguarding Model.
Most workers stay in the authority for a long time. The all the Managers in the Child Protection Team are permanent members of staff, providing stability within the service. You will not have to worry about managers leaving, making it easier for you to forge a working relationship with colleagues.
The Children in Need Service is a specialist social work service providing intensive intervention and support to children who have been assessed as being "likely to suffer significant harm or lasting impairment to their health and development without the provision of services, including children in need of care and protection"
