Customer Service Advisor (Temporary)
Acorn is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to fulfil an immediate vacancy.
Location: Widnes (WA8)
Pay rate: £9.05 p/h
Hours of work: 5 out of 7 days, Various shifts. (37.5hrs per week)
Main responsibility
To provide a high standard of customer service via telephone and face-to-face. You will be required to work in all departments of the business supporting existing and new customer enquiries.
Job description:
- Answering the telephone, taking accurate messages and passing on to the relevant individual.
- Very fast paced environment.
- Communicating via Email, Live chats and face-to-face in the store.
- Placing customer orders.
Experience and personal attributes:
- Strong experience in telephony based and face-to-face customer service.
- Confident in Multitasking and working in a faced paced environment.
- High Attention to detail.
- Problem solving skills.
- Flexibility.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
Must have own transport as there is no public transport to this site
