One of the UK's largest News and Media groups is looking to hire an experienced Data Analyst to join them in their impressive London offices!
THE COMPANY:
The company is an innovative, constantly evolving, data-informed multichannel media business, attracting a digital audience of over 100 million unique visitors per month. One of their brands recently became the UK's largest quality news site!
THE ROLE:
The Data Analyst is needed to help drive success of their brand through customer insight and reporting. This will be an exciting and varied role on the Editorial team, working across web analytics, social media and existing datasets. Due to that nature of this role, they are looking for someone who has their finger on the pulse of current affairs and can thrive in a fast-paced publishing environment. The company are forward-thinking with the tech they use so want someone at this senior level who can act as a point of reference to the less technical people in the team.
ABOUT YOU:
* Skilled in Python & SQL
* Skilled with BI software such as Tableau, PowerBI, Domo etc.
* Experience with Web Analytics (such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics)
* Any experience with SEO, social listening or keyword analysis would be a big plus
* Strong communication skills, even to non-technical audiences
* Experience or desire to manage (will inherit a direct report)
