My client is a fast-growing medical communications agency. They develop scientific communication programs to spark debate and stimulate dialogue in the global pharmaceutical and healthcare market. They are currently looking for a motivated Creative Director to join their creative services to provide their clients with high-end creative communication concepts and design.
As creative is increasingly central to our propositions, we are taking next steps in expanding our Studio services to provide our clients with high-end creative communication concepts and design.
Essential candidate requirements are:
- Experience and demonstrated success in creating and pitching creative concepts (ideally in healthcare)
- Experience translating creative concepts to successful tactical delivery
- Ability to create for multiple media - including designing for motion
- Ability to network and form strong relationships with colleagues across multiple functions, and external parties
- Strong collaborative and trouble-shooting skills
- A people person
- Experience managing and/or coaching studio staff including graphic designers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
