Job Description

Our client is looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for managing and developing new and existing Client Relationships. The Ideal candidate will be an experienced and technically minded Sales Professional with the ability and intellect to operate across multiple product and service types i.e. Aggregates (Recycled and Virgin/Quarried) & Recycling (Construction & Demolition and Commercial & Industrial).

You will operate with a consultative approach, being able to showcase a high level of customer service through the high levels of account management you bring.

You will manage an allocated sales territory to achieve sales targets and overall business goals through the establishment, maintenance and improvement of business relationships and market.

Key Responsibilities

Your main duties as Field Sale Executive will be:

* Using the likes of Barbour ABI, identify and create a sales plan to target new Projects and Customers
* Call planning in line with business
* Maintain and develop a sales plan for the area
* Meet with new Customers regularly promoting the Services the Company Offers and overseeing the quoting process for new Customer Enquiries.
* Create tailored Waste Management Plans for Customers (training will be provided)
* Maintain an understanding of competitor activity relative to the area in which the business operates
* Assist with resolving any queries or complaints quickly
* Be proactive in promoting the full product range (cross promotion) to all customers within the territory as appropriate

Additional responsibilities:

* Deal with customer, public and contractor queries, ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and efficiently
* Perform General Administration duties.
* Market and obtain best prices for the Recyclables Off Takes maintaining at all times a comprehensive network of Off Takers

Qualifications and Experience (preferred)

* Be able to demonstrate experience of delivering to stretching sales targets, managing a technical and broad product range
* Experience managing multiple accounts across a geographical area
* Proven written and oral communication skills
* IT Literate
* Familiarity with ISYS Weight Soft (or similar)
