My client is an established medical communications agency that is looking to expand their creative department. They are currently looking for a motivated Creative Director who can take over and lead the creative department.
My client values creativity to their proposition and to grown creative vision for the pharmaceutical and healthcare companies.
As a creative director you should have understanding in healthcare or be able to convince that you can understand diseases,patients and certain therapy areas to show creativity through different forms such as video, animations, art worl etc.
Essential candidate requirements are:
- Experience and demonstrated success in creating and pitching creative concepts (ideally in healthcare)
- Experience translating creative concepts to successful tactical delivery
- Ability to create for multiple media - including designing for motion
- Ability to network and form strong relationships with colleagues across multiple functions, and external parties
- Strong collaborative and trouble-shooting skills
- A people person
- Experience managing and/or coaching studio staff including graphic designers
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
