Client Executive (Permanent)

Due to continued success and growth, we have an exciting new role within a new team, based in our Head Office in Ewloe near Chester. where you’ll have the opportunity to be involved from the start and play an integral part in its growth. 

What will you be doing?

As we grow the Asset Based Lending (ABL) business, we require a Client Executive to act as the main day-to-day contact for new ABL clients. You will deal with client queries and resolve issues, escalating any to the appropriate person e.g. Relationship Manager (‘RM’).

You’ll manage the daily client notifications of invoice schedules and monthly borrowing base of other assets e.g. inventory, plant & machinery. Our new Client Executive will complete monthly reconciliation of the client’s Accounts Receivable ledger to the HPD system ledger and updating the Account Receivables reserves on a monthly basis.

The Client Executive is responsible for delivering excellent customer service whilst ensuring the collateral base of each client is maintained and up to date. There will also be opportunities to accompany the RM on client on-boarding meetings and client visits. 

What do you need?

As our new Client Executive, you will possess Asset Based Lending knowledge, as well as the ability to use the HPD or equivalent system. You will also:

• Have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally via telephone and email.
• Be capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Have sound awareness of general principles of lending.
• Excellent excel skills and general IT skills
• Prior experience in Invoice Discounting, Asset Based Lending or Financial Services would be advantageous.
