Our client is looking for a product support specialist to join their growing team, based in Watford.
You will be working for one of the largest medical tech companies that offer great career progression, working as a customer service agent, talking to medical professionals

You will be responsible for:
- Responding to enquiries from customers concerning product operation, troubleshooting, warranty and specifications.
- Manage and prioritise calls
- Demonstrate empathy, patience and resilience while safely assisting customers
- Effectively communicate with customers to resolve issues and and questions according to department procedures
