Clayton Nursing are looking to recruit an Occupational Therapist to work across our client's services on a 3 day a week basis. You will work closely with the on-site Physio to provide the best care possible to our client's service users.

The successful candidate will join a brand-new team in a newly refurbished home, including Physiotherapist, Skills and activities team, skilled Nursing and Care staff.

You will be expected to provide a high standard of care in slow stream Rehabilitation in a private care home setting caring for service users with complex Neurological conditions.

Our client's service provides long and short-term, specialist care to people who have been discharged from hospital but need extra support, whether that be on an ongoing basis, or with a view to returning to the community.

This post would be suitable for an Occupational Therapist who has several years experience preferably within the Neurological service's developing close links with the Community services.
