Home based Supervising Social Worker - Outstanding IFA

NonStop Care is working with an Independent Fostering Agency in the East Midlands area, in order recruit for a permanent home based Supervising Social Worker. In this role, you will be joining an Outstanding Independent Fostering Agency, which means you will be joining a very supportive working environment, where you will have the opportunity to deliver a high level of care.
This is a home based role, so you can manage your own diary and have a better work - life balance. The Supervising Social Worker in this role will have a small caseload of 8 foster carers, across Derby, Nottingham and Leicester. You will be required to travel to the Birmingham office once a month for the team meetings.
Please apply if you are a Supervising Social Worker or a Fostering Social Worker and if you have experience in overseeing foster carers. You must have a good understanding of the National Minimum Standards and Fostering Legislation and you must be able to drive as well.
