Due to continuous growth Ledger Bennett are looking for an experienced Senior SEO and Content Marketing Manager to join our Dublin based team!

This role will be working on Talent Solutions, as well as cross-functionally with Digital Marketing & Analytics, Product Marketing, Product Management, Business Development, and PR to help drive growth leveraging content marketing and SEO best practices.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing agencies, influencing partners and stakeholders at all levels, and developing + socializing + executing strategies across multiple business units. Whilst working closely with our marketing and agency partners you will have the scope to shape our end-to-end approach to SEO and content marketing and drive significant growth.

What does a Senior SEO and Content Marketing Manager do at Ledger Bennett?

• Serve as the Center of Excellence on Content Marketing and SEO for LinkedIn Talent Solutions in EMEA. As the trusted advisor and thought leader, you will work cross-functionally and cross organizationally to ensure content is created with SEO best practices in mind to achieve overall business objectives.
• Audit current practices and processes as well as develop best practices and processes to inform content focus and development.
• Partner, align and influence Product Marketing and Product Management on content marketing and SEO strategies
• Develop a scalable link building and outreach strategy in partnership with BizDev and PR
• Develop a comprehensive and disciplined approach to reporting for SEO and Content Track and report against these key performance indicators for SEO and content projects
• Work with outside vendors, agencies, contractors, and internal experts as necessary to bolster the capacity and skills required for world class SEO performance
• Facilitate SEO and Content Marketing training sessions to ensure marketing, technical, and product marketing teams remain current on the latest SEO Best Practices
• Drive the SEO 360 roadmap for Consumer Marketing that would include off and on-page -optimization efforts

The ideal Senior SEO and Content Marketing Manager will possess:

• Enterprise level SEO expertise working with large global websites and thousands/millions of keywords, experience in the Jobs and Freelancer space
• B.S. or B.A. Degree in Marketing or related field
• Strong experience with SEO analytics platforms
• Experience in developing a COE for SEO and Content Marketing
• Expertise in informing content development and distribution
• Management, Marketing and Marketing Operations, Engineering, BizDev and PR
• Ability to analyze complex data sets is required.
• Fluent in German / French id desired but not essential
