My Client is a well know and respected Law Firm based in the Haydock area. They are looking to recruit an experienced Personal Injury fee earner.

They are looking for a number of RTA Fee Earners. The post will consist of solely litigated files arising out of RTA, such files including claim for personal injury and credit hire. As the position consists of dealing with cases whereby court proceedings have been issued, you must have litigation experience.

The firm will consider both Solicitors and Experienced Legal Executives for this role. It is imperative that you will have litigation or technical experience . Credit hire would be preferable but not essential.

The roles are available with immediate effect and salary is dependent on experience
