Registered Manager - Young Care Leavers (Permanent)
As the Registered Manager you will take on the day to day running of the business offering help and guidance to the one deputy manager and the staff who work within the 7 bed home for young care leavers with complex needs.
This organisation aims to provide a therapeutic environment and ensure that the children have a positive impact while in the home, overcome past trauma and move forward confidently. This is the chance for you to join this organisation and use your expertise to offer the residents that you will be working with the quality of care that they need and have a chance to support these children with complex needs.
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a Registered Manager in a residential setting, also you must have worked within Children's care services. To be considered for this role you must have a management level qualification, RMA, NVQ Level 5 or equivalent and a full/clean driving licence.
